Services Provided by Rae Lynn Nettles, LPC/MFT, ND, MHC

Counseling/Therapy Services
This includes individual, group, family and marital counseling services for all types of issues. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, ND, MHC, has many years of experience working with all ages regarding all kinds of issues, from birth to death. These issues include from the most common issues (adjustment to life changes, grief and loss, family conflict, work conflict, career counseling) to the most unique (sexual assault, all types of addictions, domestic violence, infertility, gay/lesbian issues, inter-racial relationships, sudden impact and/or chronic disabilities). Techniques used include talk therapy, art therapy, play therapy, music therapy, cinema therapy, sand tray work, and relaxation techniques.

Professional Consultation Services
This includes one-on-one meetings or group staffings to discuss specific concerns or needs of a client, family, staff member, or organization. Specific behaviors or skills can also be addressed and strengthened through these services.

Natural Health Consultation Services
This includes one-on-one meetings with a client, supervisee, staff, or other interested party to identify specific health concerns and how to address the concern(s) through natural health remedies and/or techniques, including but not limited to vitamins, nutrients, food combining, herbs, homeopathic remedies, aromatherapy, and body work. Iridology (eye irises) exams are also available.

Workshops and Skill Building Groups
This includes specific informative workshops from the introductory to the advanced level. These workshops and skill building groups include everything from improving your communication skills to developing a better understanding of particular mental health issues (ADHD, RAD, depression, anxiety, etc). These presentations are aimed at strengthening individuals, family members and/or professionals for improved overall functioning in their everyday personal and professional lives.

Clinical Supervision
This includes individual and group clinical supervision for licensure by the Georgia Composite Board for Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. Currently it is provided at flexible hours at Ms. Nettles' outpatient office in Zebulon but she is available to provide it in other approved locations as well.

Resumé Writing and Vitaé Preparation Services
This includes developing a resumé or vitaé from the beginning stages or updating an already created resumé or vitaé with the most recent information.

Grant Writing and Grant Writing Assistance
This includes searching for, writing, reviewing and/or completing the full application grant. Any or all of these services are available.
