About Clinical SupervisionHow much experience does she have? What are her qualifications for providing clinical supervision? Will it be licensing board approved? YES. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, has six consecutive years of providing clinical supervision for therapists and other service providers. The Georgia Composite Board currently requires a Licensed Professional Counselor to have 3 years of post-licensure experience before being an approved supervisor. Because she has been licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999, she has surpassed the time experience required by the licensing board to be approved. She has also completed the 25 hours of training required by the LPCA to be added to their Registry of Approved Licensed Clinical Supervisors. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, maintains clear, accurate records of her supervisees to make application for licensure as smooth and simple as possible. What is the cost? The cost is based on the number of supervisees in that setting. The rate for individual, one-on-one supervision is $50 per clinical hour. There can be up to two supervisees present to still be counted as individual supervision. The rate per person for this is $30 per clinical hour. The rate for group supervision is $25 per clinical hour. There is a limit of 8 supervisees for group supervision however Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT prefers to keep the groups smaller (4 to 6) for more thorough case discussion and to allow enough time for all supervisees to add to the process.
