What is the cost of counseling or therapy services?
Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, is an approved provider for most insurance companies, including many EAP services. When calling for the initial appointment, you will be asked to provide your insurance information so your mental health benefits can be verified and approved. This process can move faster if you contact your insurance company directly to check on this information. If there are no mental health benefits, private pay is also accepted but services must be paid for in full at the beginning of each session. Cash, personal checks, credit card checks and money orders are accepted at this time. Rates vary depending on the length and type of session. How much do the workshops cost?
The workshop fees vary depending on cost of the facility, handouts and materials, number of workshops offered in one day, and length of the workshop. The range is from $15 for an introductory 2 hour workshop to $60 for an advanced, all day workshop.

About Clinical Supervision

How much experience does she have? What are her qualifications for providing clinical supervision? Will it be licensing board approved?
YES. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, has six consecutive years of providing clinical supervision for therapists and other service providers. The Georgia Composite Board currently requires a Licensed Professional Counselor to have 3 years of post-licensure experience before being an approved supervisor. Because she has been licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999, she has surpassed the time experience required by the licensing board to be approved. She has also completed the 25 hours of training required by the LPCA to be added to their Registry of Approved Licensed Clinical Supervisors. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, maintains clear, accurate records of her supervisees to make application for licensure as smooth and simple as possible.

What is the cost?
The cost is based on the number of supervisees in that setting. The rate for individual, one-on-one supervision is $50 per clinical hour. There can be up to two supervisees present to still be counted as individual supervision. The rate per person for this is $30 per clinical hour. The rate for group supervision is $25 per clinical hour. There is a limit of 8 supervisees for group supervision however Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT prefers to keep the groups smaller (4 to 6) for more thorough case discussion and to allow enough time for all supervisees to add to the process. Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, currently provides supervision at her outpatient office in Zebulon (15 minutes south of Griffin; 45 minutes south of Atlanta and north of Macon; 30 minutes east of Fayetteville/Peachtree City). Ms. Nettles, LPC/MFT, co-wrote and received the Department of Human Resources Promoting Safe and Stable Families grant for 5 consecutive years. During that time she also co-wrote a second DHR PSSF grant for her local community organization, Pike County Family Connection, which was approved and fully implemented.
